Meat Blob

So I made dinner today. It came out awesome! So here's a recipe-of-sorts!

Ingredients:
-1lb ground lamb
-1 1/2lb ground beef
-about half a medium white onion, finely chopped
-2 eggs, beaten
-2 cups mozzarella
-1 1/2 cups cheddar/mozzarella mix
-several cloves of garlic
-1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
-1 1/2 tsps cumin

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix the meat, onions, eggs, and a quarter-cup of mozzarella in a large bowl
We used a large tin disposable pan; they can be found at many grocery stores. Grease said pan. Or, you could use a loaf pan.
Put about a third of the meat in the pan. Spread the remaining 1 1/2 cup mozzarella over the meat, then add the remaining meat.
Spear the garlic into the meat; I used one about every three inches. Sprinkle the garlic powder and cumin over the meat.
Spread the cheddar/mozzarella mix over everything.
Bake for 45 minutes for a large tin, an hour in a loaf pan.

Et voila, hubby-dubbed meat blob!

The crispy cheese that ends up on top is the most flavorful! This has been dubbed by several people as, "The best meatloaf I've had in a long time." I'll be making it more often!
